1. Take 12 Minutes and Make a Difference

Please complete our Canada-wide teacher survey. If you do, you will help us develop education resources on respiratory health and be eligible for cash prizes.

GreenLearning Canada and Clean Air Champions recently teamed up to create classroom resources on the effect of air pollution on lung health. The survey follows a number of focus groups on this topic with teachers in Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa, and Sackville.

Respiratory DiseaseBy taking the survey, you can help Canadians better prevent and manage respiratory disease through better education. The Canadian Medical Association reported in 2008 that 21,000 Canadians die each year due to air pollution. Of course, youth are particularly vulnerable.

The deadline for your input is Tuesday, July 13, 2010. To thank you for your assistance, we will enter your name into a draw for cash prizes. We will award one $500 cash prize and two $250 cash prizes. All responses to the survey will be kept strictly confidential and will be combined with other respondents' answers for group analysis. Questions? Don't hestitate to contact us. Thank you for your help!
