Participation in a webinar is easy and free-of-charge. Technical wizardry is not necessary. You will hear the presenter through your computer speakers or headphones. You do not need a microphone or any special software. A couple of minutes before the webinar starts, go to this website to login. Then,

  • Choose to Enter as a Guest.
  • Type your name.
  • Press the Enter Room button.

2. Day of Climate Action Tomorrow, October 24th

October 24th is the International Day of Climate Action. Expect the most widespread day of environmental action in the planet's history!

350.orgVisit 350.org to learn the science of 350, hear from 350 climate messengers, and see thousands of actions taken around the globe. For example, see the march of 15,000 in Addis Ababa, a message from soldiers in Afghanistan, and a video by school children in Maldives.

GreenLearning strives to make every day a climate action day for Canadian students. One way you can mark the occasion is to plan to bring a GreenLearning program to your classes:
